BIOGENE PELTIER Incubator are double walled Peltier heated units.
Outer body of our incubators is constructed out of Stainless Steel sheet.
The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade with Corners to avoid the contamination getting accumulated in the corners and colonies getting generated.

The outer door is made of mild steel sheet lined with stainless steel from inside.
Inner Door is made of Single Pieces Tampered Safety Glass without any Metallic frame to view the specimens without disturbing the temperature of the chamber.
Inbuilt Validation Port: Bio Gene PELTIER Incubator is provided with Inbuilt Validation Port to ensure routine calibration. This also ensures to avoid gasket damage during validation.

An energy efficient cooling unit is installed in our PELTIER incubators to enable Constant Incubator studies at lower room temperatures.
Bio Gene Peltier-cooled incubator offers minimum energy consumption with maximum benefit to the environment, as in contrast to compressor technology, energy is only required when you need to heat or cool down.
The working chamber of the BTI is completely sealed off from the environment. The advantages for you: minimal risk of the sample drying out, condensation formation during the cooling down process takes place outside the working chamber on the Peltier element. Another valuable bonus: since the BTI cooled incubator does not need a compressor, it saves space in the laboratory.
FORCED AIR CIRCULATION: Bio Gene PELTIER Incubator are designed to perform high performance with uniform temperature control maintained by rear mounted silent blower fan to produce forced air circulation there by generating uniform temperature all through the chamber.
